Dry & Tasteless. I’m visiting here from California, and we went to Eva’s on recommendation of some others. When we got there, we ordered a variety of cupcakes (a dozen to be exact). Came home and after dinner we were all looking forward to trying the cupcakes. The presentation of the cupcake was good…..but unfortunately, the cupcakes themselves were dry and tasteless. The frosting was good. But we were terribly disappointed. And for the price of $42.00 for the dozen, we were expecting a delicious treat. Sorry, but in my opinion, you’ll need to have a lot of milk to drink with these cakes.
I’m so glad Eva’s is being well received!! I went in there when they were brand new and had the southern butter pecan cupcake and have gone back several times to get more! They are so friendly and philanthropic!! I highly recommend this place!
The loveliest people you’ll ever meet! And the cupcakes are ‘delish! I had a spring themed baby shower and requested a mix of cupcakes with spring color frosting. Not only where they freshly made and colorful, she decorated them with cute baby bottles and baby pins decor! I got all misty eyed 🙂 they were too cute!
Amazing does not do this place justice! The only complaint I have is they don’t have a location on south side! Every time I have to take the Glenn out of town I make sure to stop by and get 1/2 dozen. Literally the best cup cakes I have ever had!
I love the gluten free cupcakes when they are fresh. She usually makes them on the weekend.
Small and welcoming environment. Love and care goes into each cupcake. The hummingbird and s’mores are my personal favorite. So nice not to have that cloyingly sweet aftertaste. Service is excellent. Eva and her husband both came out to greet all of the patrons. Love this place. They do events too!
