We just stopped in for appetizers for dinner since we had a big lunch. I had a chicken quesadilla and my girlfriend had the clams in white wine sauce. Both were very nicely prepared.The location is great too, being right near Lake Hood with the seaplanes coming and going.
Way Over priced! $20 for a burger! I suppose your paying for the view, but honestly.. The food tastes great, but you can get food just as good els where for half the price. The service was good, not great, but good. We sat outside so it was nice, but when you walk through the lounge with the sun coming in, you can see dust and dirt and cobwebs coving the lounge.
Great view & atmosphere, horrible service. The patio is an awesome place to sit in the summer. I will go back for a drink and to take in the view, but never for food again. Every time we go there it takes forever to get served. The last time it took about an hour to get our food, and our nachos were burned and lacked about half the listed ingredients. The waitress really did not want to take them back, but finally agreed to. She then proceeded to overcharge us on the bill, even after we pointed out the error (not giving the happy hour prices).
Wow, great atmosphere but 50 mins to place an order? Terrible service, very disappointed. Food was ok.
