It’s definitely a slower pace.. But that’s what I love most about this place. You step into a very relaxed atmosphere where you don’t feel rushed and can enjoy the company you are with. The food is always on point, as well as the service! Wonderful for romantic date nights or a get together with friends. Highly recommended!
Cool vibe, old school mom and pop Italian restaurant in a residential area. The food was good and the portions were excellent. The ambience was retro. The staff was quite attentive and accommodating.
Great food. Read the reviews- stuffed chicken is amazing, soup is always homemade, mozzarella sticks are homemade and stuffed scampi is delicious. The soups are incredible! It’s a great take-out or delivery restaurants when you feel like good food at home.
One of our favorite restaurants in Anchorage. We eat at Fiori several time each year. Wayne’s Steak, stuffed chicken breast, pasta, it is all very good. Service has always been wonderful. Suggestion: you want great service – leave your attitude at home.
No thumbs…. …just a ‘meh’. I’ve been here twice. Once as a 2 top, once as a 3 top. I have to say that the best thing about this place is the awesome bartender. His drinks are splendid and he’s quite knowledgeable. The food has a lot to be desired. Examples are: most dishes with sauce are swimming in it; overcooked food; bland food; and a Caesar salad that is something I would expect to get at a McDonald’s drive through. Having said that, I think that if Fiori D would just step it up a notch, they could be absolutely amazing. For instance: pay more attention to food temps (not overcooking); ease up on the sauces just a titch; make your own dressings (this is huge in my book); and quite literally, taste test. I noticed that dishes that needed lemon, weren’t lemony enough. Same with salt and pepper. The service was weird at times (our server walked away from us right in the middle of taking our order to deliver food), but mostly solid.Anyway. I’ll go back. But mostly for the awesome drinks.
Horribly rude!!!. Worst costumer service! The owner is extremely rude and hung up on me mid sentence all because I tried to add one person to my reservation with a three hour notice. I was shocked when the lady said I was making more work for her all because of one extra person, unbelievable! I would never recommend this place to anyone.
