As someone else said in a review the change in ownership has killed this place. It’s been some time since we visited as we now live on the south side of town but what was once a good place for breakfast is now a place to be avoided. Food poor service poor cleanliness poor just a shame to see the transition.Will not be coming back.
Every experience for me at Flos has been great!! Sure I was a little skeptical about trying this place because it looks old and worn down but food taste very close to homecooked and is pretty good.. Now I just feel like this place has character when I go and they always take care of my orders in a timely manner. It is Flo’s pancake house for a reason!! Those pancakes are scrumptious!!!
We live off lake Otis and don’t mind the drive to one of the best breakfast joints in town. There hash browns are spot on. Sure the furniture and decor could use a uplift, so I’ll knock off a couple stars off that. The service is great. It was pretty packed but got our Oder fast. Great place.

We went there today and the atmosphere was just a no frills diner. That’s fine. But the server took forever to greet us and made me feel like I was inconveniencing HER by ordering and extra drink. She never came back to warm up our coffee. I had to flag down a different server to ask her for more coffee and the one who poured the coffee didn’t say anything and looked upset that I asked her for something. We finally got out food 30 minutes later and she didn’t check back on us until we were done to give us our check. Rude, unwelcoming and just awful!
It’s horrible I lost my phone there and I came back to get it and the lady wouldnt give it to me when I went to get it se kept jerking it away from my hand and she was vary disrespectful to my kids
I saw a server handle money and then immediately touch bread to put in the toaster. We also weren’t greeted for some time after sitting down and never brought us silverware with our meals and had to wave someone down. We won’t be going back.
