AK lady. This Place is the best to eat at. My Family has been going here for a really long time the owners are very careful in there cookin and on a personal level Just out right wonderful people treating us like family. They cook really good food . anything they make bergers, chinese, mexican, and american I love. Good job FLY In. we appreciate you cooking wonderful food, when we leave we always are full and have enought to take home later.
Horrible food worst Chinese in town. Salty, stale, old tasting Kung Pow, rice was mediocre, hot a sour soup was egg drop with vinegar and chilis and the driver (who was with someone else in the car who brough my food up to me) was smoking and must have been chaining because my food tasted like smoke too =( Even Jewel Lake Tea Garden is better and that is saying alot. Will never order again and it soup is so bad, i will throw it away. It literally made me gag is was that bad. I like even scoop and plop deli chinese food from cars and that is mastery compared to this crap.
Terrible Customer Service. I had been a frequest customer of theirs for a while, and never had any complaints until they hired someone that screwed up my order and put on onions after asking for no onions (allergic). I ended up getting a credit, however when I redeemed the credit I asked for extras for which I explained I would pay for…they did not include those items of course, but I paid for them…needless to say, that led to my 2nd complaint and resulted in getting into an argument with the owner and his wife…they didn’t speak good english therefore hung up on my twice, when I finally got someone on the phone that spoke english I was told that I could never order from there again. I was not going to be returning anyway, but I was treated very harshly and most unprofessionally. I will be contacting the BBB and letting them know of the terrible treatment I had received. I STRONGLY URGE THAT YOU DON’T GO THROUGH THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT OR CONTACT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN…seems to me if you are in the business of food, you should do better by your customers…I will say that the driver Ramona was very sweet and am regretful I will not be doing business with her again. Great for deliveries. They deliver and their are so many choices! Plus, they offer a side of avocado for just $1. Good source of Omega 3 fat. Fantastic reindeer sausage. And real malts using malt powder.
Great food.. This place is great and the people who eat here are regulars so if you dont like it obviously your not a regular so stay away. The food has been the same for along time and we all enjoy it. I enjoy the food. and the service is great. If you like to eat in a great quiet place then this is your place. mixed varieties of food also american oriental and all. dont listen to what others say try it for yourself and then judge it not just by what some uptight no good person said. youb ethe judge for yourself and think for yourself. thank you Fly in

This place is a nightmare. it looked like a basement or attic. dirty. the host look like she had on pajamas. I phoned in and ordered the seafood fettuccine alfredo. that taste just like the place looked…disappointing. I tried to finish it. it came with a salad and bread I think. I threw all of it away. the meal cost me 13 bucks if I can remember correctly. not a fun place for kids or anyone that cares about their money or taste buds.
