Friendly and very helpful staff. They make you feel very much at ease and have samples out for anyone wanting to try before they buy. The botorkoek is my favorite, but just about anything goes good with a nice warm cup of coffee or tea. Highly recommend.
Always ready to fulfill an immediate order even if they are swamped. The quality is superb. I have tried a couple of their different cakes but my favorite has to be the strawberry mousse. It is clean when you walk in you are promptly greeted and they know how to treat their customers to keep them coming back for more.
You gotta try this place. I went to Germany back in high school and the reindeer sausage roll took me right back. I had the cherry almond tart and now I’ve made it my mission to try them all. And it’s just such a cute little shop! 10/10
Awesome!. This place is simply awesome! Truly a unique pastry shoppette complete with beautiful deli cases and lovely pastries. My only gripe is it’s hard to pick!
LOVE all the treats here. It is always a special trip when we decide to go here and pick out our favorites!! Love all the small tortes, brownies, almond bars, marzipan balls, cinnamon rolls, and chocolate creations!
The Real Thing. I was up from Seattle working in our Anchorage office for a week. I popped in here a couple times. It’s a little pricey but was worth the splurge. I had an almond cherry tart that melted in my mouth. This is the real thing. It’s in a little strip mall that has awesome hanging flower baskets.
Special occasion or everyday treats. Delightful European cakes, flans, cheesecake, and cookies to suit anyone’s special party. European cookies full of nuts or bran muffins to go with coffee in the morning are available. Chocolate of every description for a valentine gift or baked apple dumplings with rum cream sauce for dessert. I’ve eaten everything they have and it always takes me right back to Amsterdam.
