Spenard Location. Midtown folks: Don’t forget Fromagio’s now has a location at 3701 Spenard (just east of the bowling alley at Minnesota.) There was plenty of parking in the back. Service was very friendly, knowledgeable & patient with the cheese n00bs I heard wander in. Grilled cheese with prosciutto was amazing and my boss loved the mac & cheese.

Stopped in for lunch today and had an amazing Artisan Grilled Cheese with prosciutto. The recommended cheese was an Italian with truffles. Also had a delectable Ploughman’s lunch with salami, cheddar, focaccia, figs, cherries, Spanish almonds, and a small green salad. The staff is very knowledgable and excited about showing off their cheeses with tastings. We will definitely be frequent customers!!

Exclusive. Selective premium cheeses and meats from the old country. I love grabbing a 1/2lb of cheese and drinking with a bottle of wine.This is the only place like this in town that I can think of other than the European deli/bakery next to Cafe Europa. Product is spendy but rightfully-so. This is the real deal. Excellent serving staff. Wait times can be long when busy so just be patient; the wait is worth the reward.
Superb!. Stopped by this afternoon for some cheese to accompany my baguette. It’s a small shop, clean, and pleasant. There were two gentlemen working behind the counter, owners perhaps, that were very knowledgable about the cheeses they carried and offered samples of everything! Heard they carry a few fresh Fire Island Rustic Bakery baguettes each day, but run out quickly… Excellent customer service and high-quality products–highly recommend!
Cheese Delicious Cheeeeese!. Every time I stop by is an enjoyable experience! The customer service here is EXCELLENT. My sister and I ordered a sandwich and were told it would take a few minutes, but who cares how long the wait is when the other employee working immediately offers you endless cheese samples?! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did very well at recommending the right cheeses to try. Both workers were amazing and our cheesy prosciutto sandwich was even MORE amazing! I love this little place and would highly recommend it to any fellow cheese-lover!
