So dissapointed. Been coming here since I was a kid. Ordering over the phone I deal with this very gruff short tempered guy. Dine-in experience is terrible and they seem confused why I was even there. Place has really gone downhill.
Awsume food. Know having a bit of insightfulness,the inside scoop.Guido has a great business no doubt.His strong point is he has great costumer loyalty.Great crust,(pizza Crust), bread and e.great food.Where he lacks is his management he has no great leaders only he knows his business as good as he.As with any company he needs to clean house.Know being a family business is cool don’t get me wrong.He doesn’t have any quality control,( its mostly a free for all for his staff).Not a lot of Pride in his employes ,no incentive other than good old hard earned dollar( greed.) No loyalty from employ to employ a good percentage is lost.!!!He has his busy period and his slow times as with any business.And if you fall through the cracks ,get good or bad service,that could be the result of just that.He needs more help with good work ethics and better pay and incentives.Can be times when one feels overwhelmed by hours and things to do with little or no good help.While management(,Cant say who )lets face it funny stuff is legal now sitting in vehicle smoking while restaurant is lacking leadership, management,help etc.My advise would be don’t smoke funny stuff while at work and do your job, even if it is managing, don’t take business for granted that you are so successful, that your crap don’t stink. The mind is a terrible thing to waste as well as your business..
Worst pizza I ever had from them last night. They usually have good pizza. Ordered a meat lovers last night and it was the worst pizza I have had ever from them. Hardly any toppings and top was burnt.
Prompt delivery, ordered extra large and pizza was mostly crust and cheese very little toppings for the size
Haven’t had the pizza yet, it’ll be delivered in about 45 minutes. However, I can say their customer service SUCKS! There was no hello, goodbye, thank you, no pleasantries of any kind. The guy sounded like he was doing me a favor by simply answering. No. I’m doing you a favor by calling, I could have called someone else.
Awesome pizza. They have the best pizza so far for me and service is quick also. Price is decent.
Fold out tables, mixed matched chairs and an odd assortment of signs match the mood of this dimly lit dive. The food and pizza is mediocre for the price and the salad bar is nothing fancy for a hefty $13. To say the least, there are better pizza and Italian restaurants for the same price or less.
