Great ambiance here. Love the art on the walls. Service is great. Our server was super friendly and checked in on us often. Calamari was amazing. Close to the best in town probably. The Clam Chowder was great. The Seafood Jambalaya was very tasty but it was a bit too watery. But I like it thick. Great heat to it. Overall it was pretty good.

Protein’s good, vegetable’s good, drinks good, but when you can sculpt a halibut out of risotto that’s gummy. 4 out of 5 service was great.

Held our table running late by 15. Calamari soft..drink ok ..dinner of ahi salad nice and displayed. Kabobs$30? Not the best. Over all a 3. Money well spent. Not really.

Amazing!!!!. I read over some of the reviews and must say I’m shocked! My husband and I have been to Haute Quarter at least 10 times with family and friend and have never had anything but awesome service and wonderful food! Dont let other peoples pet peeves or bad attitudes keep you from checking it out yourself… This place ROCKS!!!

Worst experience of life.. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!Never have I ever been so insulted. My evening at Haute Quarter Grill started off alright, we had a party of ten people celebrating a friends birthday. The original table provided was too small, so instead of pulling a table over that was not even a foot away, they requested that the entire party get up and move to another table. At the end of the meal we gave our credit card to the waitress to pay, after 20 minutes of waiting, she finally comes over and says that our card fell behind a table and they were unable to retrieve it. So the manager walked over and does not apologize at all, she just asked us to follow her so that she can show us where our card allegedly fell. They gave us some tools and a flash light so that we can try to fish it out ourselves, so we struggle for about another 20 to 30 minutes. I was uneasy because I could not see my card and had to take their word that it was actually down there… Then the manager said that she will pay for the drinks on our ticket, but expected one of the other guests at our party to pay the remainder of our ticket. At this point my husband steps up and says that neither we nor one of our guests will pay the ticket. How can you expect a guest to pay for our ticket when you are the ones that lost our card? Now we will have to go through the hassle of cancelling our cards and waiting the long delivery time for the cards to be replaced. Not to mention updating that information for all the bills that automatically gets paid by it. After waiting for 10 minutes once more we go sit at our table again with our guests. The manager then once again unapologetically walks over and says that she spoke to the owner, he will cover the ticket, but he wants us to leave NOW. She repeated that he wants us to leave, then left. So please tell me how I am in the wrong and getting kicked out of the restaurant when THEY are the ones responsible for loosing or potentially stealing my card?So if you are in the mood to be belittled and served by an unapologetic and snobby staff, and an owner that obviously does not know how to treat customers, then by all means this is the place for you.

Amazing food and excellent service, both times we’ve been there since they moved to Anchorage! Great ambiance as well, but I must say Jessica saved the day! We went there for my husband’s birthday and he forgot his gift, a $150.00 gift card! We realized this when we got home, so I called and Jessica answered and told me she had bussed the table, but didn’t look in the envelope. I told her what was in it, and after her digging through the trash, she found it! Any restaurant worker willing to do that is amazing and will have us as loyal patrons!
