A very nice Korean Restaurant with mostly native patrons.. When we first sat down in the restaurant, we weren’t sure we wanted to stay. We were glad that we did. Not a lots of choices, but the food were authentic and nicely prepared. Now we know why so many Koreans eat there.
Good food lack service. This place has awesome food the only thing they are lacking is service. My guest and I have to ask for our water, utensil every time. The owner is very nice. We only go back because of the food. We just ignored the service part.lol
Great squid, needs more banchan. We dine at VIP regularly and are very familiar with Korean cuisine both home cooked and restaurant, and heard Home Town offered competition. My squid entree was great, not overcooked, and flavorful. The yukgaejang was good, not as good as VIP, or dare I say it, paradise inn in spenard. I was disappointed in the small selection of banchan offered. I’d be interested in going back but VIP beats them in this regard quite handily and that’s a big part of the fun of Korean dining.
