Pros: Best cinnamon rolls in town and a nice environment to sit down and eat!Cons: Customer service needs some work. Employees never smile and don’t seem happy about working there… Not the friendliest bunch (not when I’ve been there anyway). Not impressed with the sandwiches either. The bread is hit or miss, it depends on what you get. This place could be great with just a few changes!
Glorified Great Harvest, but nice alternative. Great atmosphere, as three of my favorite artists were playing when I was there. Good service and real good sandwich. A little pricey, as my sandwich and drink cost $11.25Very clean, new and modern. Needs more seating or space between tables. Feels like you are on top of other people, although it was high noon. Maybe a little more chill later in day.Nice extension of an already local staple in Great Harvest.
Awesome bread!! Can’t get enough of it, definitely hit this place up.
Great sandwiches and bread, but a little spendy. I think that the house of bread is really good. Love their cranky turkey sandwich. Unfortunately their soups aren’t homemade, they’re just the boars head soups. Their bread is really yummy too, and I love those free samples. Each time I have a friend that has a baby,I head straight for the house of bread for a fresh loaf of bread to give as a gift. The owner is super sweet and always puts a pretty ribbon around the box. They seem to really care about their customers and going the extra step to keep them happy. For the most part, the restaurant is run by clueless teenagers, but they aren’t rude, which is all that matters. The only downside to the house of bread is the prices. Come on, it’s sandwiches… A few slices of bread, meat and veggies. They just charge too much in my opinion. But, alas I haven’t found a better sandwich place, so I shell out the bucks for lunch every now and then.
It took over a half hour to get a half of a sandwich!
Best bread in town and no high fructose corn syrup!
The House of Bread was wonderful. Cinnamon roll oh so tasty. Really great to have seating to enjoy. Must eats.
