I was lucky enough to have the privilege to grow up in Hawaii thanks to my military father. The one thing I miss the most besides the beach and weather is the unbelievable food. I was so surprised to find Hawaiian food in Alaska of all places!!!! Hula Hands made my heart, and my belly, SO happy!!! Incredible authentic Hawaiian food. Chicken katsu, Mac salad, Kalua pork, saimin, lomi salmon…… all of it is delicious!!!!
Definitely the better of the two hula hands in Anchorage due to its location and quality. The interior is friendlier and plays island radio. I always go for the Lupulu or the Pulehu chicken.
