Very busy location but great service!. Copied from my yelp account from 11/10/2012They are always busy when I go there but always provide excellent customer service. Food is always yummy and just two more words: PUMPKIN PANCAKES! 🙂 (seasonal/winter time only) YUM! The end….lol

🙁 BOOO. Yeah, The only thing I can say is that I’m pretty sure they are employing most of the halfway house and rehab patients in Anchorage… they pretty much SUCK!!
Horrible. The cooks dropped our ticket so the waitress had to re-get our order. The ticket was put at the back at the line, people who came in ten mites after us were getting there food first. Bad service.
Too expensive. No creamer on a Sunday morning? Nice waitress, but rude hostess. Really felt welcome…NOT! Food was average.
The service is poor and the food is way overpriced! Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere else!
I’m sit here right now for 45 minutes. Waiting for my food and it finally comes out COLD. WTF. A supervisor said she can give me a 10% discount. WHAT I get that for being in the military. Talk to the manger to fix it after waiting an additional 6 minutes. Bad service Bad food. I HATE coming here and dealing with this BS for several times. Yes folks I put up with this crap on several occasions. So here’s your warning this location sucks.
