Order was cooked in a skillet as I watched, which was cool. Chicken pad Thai is the quintessential Thai dish. If a Thai restaurant doesn’t get that right, they are in trouble. Jasmine Thai’s was heavy on the ketchup and light on spice, peanuts and flavor. To be fair, the people seated next to me raved about the fried rice.

Fried rice yummy. Really cool place try the fried rice!
