We ordered to go last night, as usual the order wasn’t ready when we arrived. The egg rolls were flat disgusting, all mushy inside. The pork egg foo young was actually burned. My son did enjoy the sweet & sour chicken, and the remodel is nice but they need a better cook.
Meh…. My mother and I went on a Saturday evening, we had never been there didn’t know what to expect. There was only two other people there at the time. The decor was a bit lacking, there was a good six inches of plastic hanging off the table on to our laps. I ordered the Egg Flower Soup and Spicy Szechuan Chicken, my mom ordered the Spicy Mongolian Beef. The soup was pretty good, since I liked it mom got one too. When our main course arrived, the waitress took our soup without asking if we wanted the rest or not. After taking a few bites and spacing out I relized I had received beef not chicken like I had ordered. It was good so I kept it anyway. They were not busy at all, the waitress was not attenive in the least. We had to ask for refills, she was too busy chatting up a friend. After we were done eating we waited a good ten minutes for her to come with to go boxes. She didn’t try to ask if we wanted change or not. All I can say is meh. The food is decent but I’m not to sure if I’ll be returning.
Great again. Ordered a pizza the other night. It was, as usual, awesome. Full of toppings and all the toppings were fresh, not canned or frozen. This is my favorite place in Anchorage for pizza. Their Chinese food is also good and uses fresh veggies in their dishes.12 Apr, 2012Awesome pizza!. I have never recieved a bad pizza here. The one with everything on it and fresh tomatos is real good. Best pizza in town. More expensive than most chains but high quality toppings and lots of them. Guido’s used to be a favorite but they have gotten cheap with their toppings. Try this place. Love it.
I ordered delivery to the south side at 6:00pm literally a mile away from them and they told me an hour. An hour and a half later, NO FOOD. I called and asked for a refund, she said that we ordered at 7:00pm and they never received a payment from us so she was not going to refund us. FINALLY I spoke to the delivery guy who spoke English and got my refund. Overall, terrible experience and would not recommend them.
RUDE. I tried to order for delivery to the omalley/old seward area. i hadnt even finished giving her my address and she cut me off and said we dont deliver to east, i tried telling her its not east side, she kept interrupting me and was completely short with me and had zero customer service. now i expect this to a degree, not to be discriminatory, but asians usually dont speak english well and have a different culture. maybe something gets lost in translation i dunno. but come on, there’s a much better way to speak to potential customers. wont bother dining in with service like that.
Horrible. Got my favorite Chinese dish. General tau chicken. It was the worst I’ve ever had. Threw away. The gyoza wasn’t very good either. They probably got 2 stars.
Great Pizza!!!. And the worst delivery service in town! always late!
