    Worst everything ever. I’ve ordered from this place from time to time over the last couple of years only because the deliver very early. Their food is horrible and their customer service is even worse. The lady that answers the phone for deliveries is useless, can’t answer a single question about anything and is a complete B****. Hope they close down and make room for a better restaurant.

    THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I tried to order breakfast at work. I called and order breakfast, my order was under the delivery charge. So I ordered juice THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $6 FOR JUICE. then I called back to cancel the juice and the lady yelled at me and hung up! WORST SERVICE EVER

    Size & Service. I have read some bad reviews, but not once has my service or food been bad. I work really early in the mornings on the weekends and late at night during the week days. I Love that they serve breakfast all day. It is my favorite thing about them. I love their sandwiches and especially their Omlettes and skillets! You get a lot of food for your dollar and i love that they DELIVER! The portions of their food is also amazing, and they’ve always been really friendly and nice.

    Bad management/service/food. I first came to eat at Lillies probably about 8 years ago, I ordered the sausage and eggs, and my sausage was sour, I sent it back and they argued with me that it wasn’t bad and refused to even give me an apology. I said I would never go back and one day I went back and had really good service. I got to know the owners, cooks servers and it turned out to be our one and only restaurant that my whole family ever went to, it was like coming home to eat. Then one day my husband and I came alone I ordered the steak breakfast and he ordered the steak dinner. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it was later in the day. When I got my food I ate my eggs and rye toast, was so yummy, I couldn’t wait to cut into my steak and take one good bite. I cut the first slice and cut it in half and put it in my mouth. Immediately I knew without a doubt it was sour meat. I couldn’t get it out of my mouth fast enough. I told my husband this is stink his was too. We waited like 20 minutes for the waitress to come back to our table. I told her that our steaks were bad and I wasn’t going to pay for the steaks, I would pay for what I ate, but not the steaks. She went back to let the cook know and he denied it saying no one else complained. When she came back I insisted she take my plate back for him to taste, she took it back to the cook and he and everyone else ate a bite and said there was nothing wrong. I was so mad. I never even got an apology. They acted like it was my fault. The usual waitress was not there I told them I would take this up with management and the waitress said the cook was the managers husband. I didnt care. I have attempted to try to resolve this or even get an apology from someone and I have not gotten any. I just feel like it is a slap in the face with all the business we have given them and the owners sitting at our table friendly. Now I know that the owners have to try extra hard to be friendly to try keep their customers. Not this girl. I am never going back and I warn anyone else that goes there. Be careful they dont care about their customers!!!
