Horrible Waitresses. We went to Lonestar today for a birthday. I told them there was a birthday and asked for them to acknowledge it. The waitress was a little grumpy. Our first steak was well-done when we asked for medium-rare. We had to hunt our waitress down to send the steak back (about 15-20 minutes). The manager was wonderful and brought us a much better steak. The waitress forgot to bring bread so when we asked she got a little rude. The manager ended up bringing the bread. At the end, she never asked us for to-go containers or anything. Do not think we will be returning. GET SOME BETTER WAITRESSES!
Food wasn’t bad but the service was slow for it not being a busy night. Too expensive for the fish and chips, especially if you’re hungry for a good dinner meal. Resteraunt was cold and the bathrooms were cold as well (and dirty, with cold seats, no place to hang a purse, ice cold seat). Better off going to one of the other many places in the same area.
Sloppy service. My spouse has buisness meetings there every month or so. The guys like to go there since they can talk and the food is decent. My problem, and this is every single time,my spouse gets me a meal to go. They ALWAYS forget the condiments that go with something. Last night it was the lemon and cocktail sauce for the shrimp dinner. Last time it was the sauce for the blooming onion, time before that it was the butter and cinnamon & sugar for the baked sweet potato. These seem like little things but they are things that make the food taste right. Very disappointing. You shouldn’t have topen your boxes to make sure they did their job and sent the food the way it was supposed to be sent.
Bad service , overcooked steak, bad mood
Bad! Bad! Bad!. I’m not a negative person and not the kind of writing reviews… but after this bad evening i felt i had to!Food was tasteless and served in a plate with poor hygenics and by a waiter that did not seem to like his job.
Horrible service and pitiful attitudes throughout the entire time. Over priced and food is terrible!
My husband and I took 2 of our children(ages 7&11months) to eat at this place today. Our waitress was very polite. We ordered an appetizer(potatoskins) when my 7 year old bit into 1 she told us there was a rock in it! That’s exactly what it was, we left without even eating the entrees.
