My wife picked up a combo meal of grilled chicken and halibut for a late lunch. I was not able to eat it when it arrived and the fact it required some reheating had nothing to with the tasteless entree we were sold. The chicken breast was butterflied and pounded. I guess the seasoning was supposed to come from the grill but that left a lot to be desired, tasting more like ash. The halibut was more of the same. It was thicker than the chicken but again, just grill marks no taste. Because it was thicker it had a moistness to it bordering on being undercooked and again no flavor. The rice was the star of the meal because of its ample portion. An honorable mention to the lettuce garnish for its color. Ma Os aint what we remember and unless she comes out of retirement, we wont be revisiting that eatery.
