Good pizza & cheap beer. Copied from my yelp account from 2/12/2012We had no idea what to have for dinner after doing some shopping yesterday afternoon. My sweetheart turned into this little strip mall Ive never been to before & takes me into this pizza place on the corner & my first reaction is WOW! Very retro, nothing fancy & it has a very comfortable atmosphere and feel to it. The menu is simple with a couple of pasta dishes, a salad or 2 and pizza. We had the house pizza. It had canadian bacon, pepperoni, olives & onions. It was SO good. It was no fancy Moosestooth/Beartstooth pizza but it was still so delicious I cant wait to go back or even order takeout from there. Pitchers of beer are only $9.75, glasses of wine are $2.50 and $2.75, not a huge beer list or wine list. Very simple, great prices & great customer service. My boyfriend told me it is one of the oldest restaurants in the Muldoon area. I am curious to know exactly how old this establishment is etc. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.
Terrible first impression!. Just called Muldoon Pizza for the first and last time. The guy who answered the phone was obviously annoyed that I called. I went ahead and placed the order but the owner should know how rude he was. What a terrible first impression! I sure hope the pizza is worth it! My apologies to the condescending jerk who is getting PAID to take orders….
Sorry Muldoon Pizza…. …but I won’t be ordering pizza from you any longer. I know. Sad day. But the last THREE times I’ve ordered, my pizza has taken NO LESS than an hour and 15 minutes to arrive at my door. The second time I ordered, they comped our food because TWO hours had gone by and no food. I’m a very forgiving diner, but three times is a trend. I like your food, and I think your staff is great. But you are supposed to be a pizza joint that delivers.
The best!. We go to Muldoon Pizza all the time. We have never had rude service and the delivery people are consistent and really nice. They even gave my little dogs a treat one time. Their pizza is always consistent and taste great not like the chain pizzas restaurant. Their prices are not bad either. We get the XLG house special which is 24.95. I don’t know what people are talking about as far as their prices being high because Papa Johns XLG Orig is $24.99 and Mooses Tooth is 24.95 for LG because they don’t have XLG.
RUDE!!. I orderd a Pizza for pick up, when we got home i noticed the crust was burnt not the bottom but just aroung the rim. I called and was yelled at by the the person who made the pizza that it wasnt burnt. So we took the pizza back and he was still yelling in a restaraunt full of people that it wasnt (it clearly was) than he tells the hostess to just give me my money back. That is some of the rudest service I have ever recieved. That was my last time ordering fro there.
Siad they close at 11pm. Called at 10:45pm to place an order but they said they were doen making pizza for the night…really? You try to support the local businesses and this is what you get….guess I’ll order a pizza from one of the chains….I know they’ll take my business!!
