Rude staff. Every encounter I’ve had at this place either in person or on the phone has ended in me meeting up with rude employees. They act like it’s the worst place to work, their lives suck, and I think perhaps if they don’t have a good health insurance plan they should get one so the staff can get some Prozac. Also how do you tell someone works there unless they are actively doing something or have an apron on? I don’t like going or calling because of the cruddy customer service. Avoid it like the plague people.
