Really Bad Dishes. It was my first time there for dinner. The place was half empty and only a few sat at the revolving bar. Most of them reclined at tables and ordered from the menu. I should have taken notice. At any rate, the selections were poor. Most of the pieces were stacked with rice, and the rice was not even good. The sashimi were so little and tiny in size and did not look very appealing so I was afraid to try. For me, this was the worst sushi dining experience for me ever. And the prices were not cheap at all!
Reviews are wrong, GREAT place to eat!. After reading other’s reviews about bad service and servers we were afraid to try OEC, but decided to take a chance. Boy! Are we glad we did. It was a great atmosphere, GREAT servers and service! Everyone working there was incredibly nice and helpful beyond what we could expect. The sushi was great! and what fun! We got so captured by the revolving sushi bar we way over ate! It is a fun place, even the family next to us with small children were having fun. I agree, if you want fancy sushi, don’t eat here. BUT if you want great tasting sushi, Kalbi ribs, wonderful service, and a really fun atmosphere you have to go to OEC. We love Yamato Ya and Silk and Kumagoros, but this place is now our new favorite. SOOOOO glad we took a chance. Thank you OEC and staff!
Broke my card. The cashier shoved my card so forcefully through the credit card machine, she actually broke it. Calm down lady!

Worst customer service in town. I loved this place when it first came out. The rolls are different from any other rolls Ive tired before and the atmosphere is awesome! But recently I had a bad experience; their customer service was horrible and the roll I ordered to-go was a different price from the one online. When I told the older lady, who has been working there since it opened, she gave me attitude. I did not feel like a valued customer for having gone there several times. When I got back to work, not only did they get my order wrong, but it looked like crap! After a few weeks I gave it another shot, but the customer service was still lacking. The older lady was still rude, they didnt update the prices online and the roll I ordered was poorly made and I was not happy. Needless to say, I will never go back to this place again and will encourage others not to go as well. The atmosphere is great, but the quality of food and customer service is the worst I have ever had!
Over Priced & Worst Servers. I go to OEC about twice a month. Every time I go the waiters are the worst. I wanted to order something off the menu and the waiter took forever to tell the chef what I wanted. On top of that, when my order was done, the waiter forgot to give it to me. The food isn’t amazing. Some of the sushi were actually a little salty. The Dish is way better. Even though it’s sorta expensive, the food there is amazing and the waiters at The Dish are wonderful!
