Tasted funny. It started with the chips & salsa. The salsa had a real weird taste. Next was a Patron margarita. It tasted old and stale. The house margarita tasted fine. The Patron must have been really old. I ordered beef enchiladas. They were just ok.The waitress was very nice but I will not be back. I have had much getter Mexican food in Anchorage.
Highly recommend!. Had lunch there today and was quite please with everything. Everything on the lunch menu was a great price, especially for the amount we received. It was DELICIOUS and the service was great. They waitresses were very attentive and knew how to do their job without bothering you too much. I was hesitant to come here but have now found my go-to spot. Also, try the flan! Delicious.
This place may very well be the best Mexican restaurant in Anchorage. Nothing fancy just good solid flavors and the most authentic of all the places I have been. I had the pork carnitas and the pork had that nice hard sear but still tender and very juice. Everything from food to service was great
I’ve been searching for a good Mexican restaurant in Alaska for 4 years. The food was amazing, chill environment and great service.
Don’t get the nachos. I had a nacho craving and ordered the nachos… worst I have ever had. The chicken on top was greasy, there was waaay too much cheese, and there were some weird pickled vegetables on them as well. Will not be going back. Nachos are easy to make!!!
Tried it couple of times years ago & didn’t care for it. Tonight Had take out: espinaca con queso (not bad), chips (weird smell & taste), chile rellenos (really thick breading, no seasoning, bland sauce), good rice. Really disappointed, again.
Super Duper Yummy food and good service. Best Margs in town.
