After 10 years, this place is just as we remembered. Peggy’s is unpretentious, relaxed, and just plain good. We looked at the menu, but let’s be serious, the only reason why we came was for the Eggs Benedict. (Smile). Although the prices have increased ($10.25), it was as good as we remembered!! And no one can beat the amazing crisp they get on their hash browns!! Thank you for not changing anything! Not the pink/purple paint, the green pleather cushions, the eclectic decor or menu!
If you are looking for solid food, Peggy’s is your place. If you want ambience and/or friendly wait staff, walk away. The portions are heaping and the pies are delish. Great place to stop for a cuppa. One of the best breakfast places in town.
