Really Good. This was our first experience with pho and my boyfriend and I both ordered the rare beef Pho and it was awesome! Fairly cheap and so worth it! Tastes amazing! High recommendations.
I tried phonatik last year and found it to be very average compared to the many other Thai/viet places in anchorage. Thought I’d give it another try and found the menu had changed and is very limited now. The pho was average at best again. If you like trendy restraunts this place is for you!
Mine and Hubby’s favorite place!!. This place blew my mind. so fresh, everything made on spot. fast service. delicious dishes on all menus. I love the seafood pho soup. lot’s of flavor and makes an impression everytime!
Best Pho since being in Vietnam. This Pho is amazing! I tried many types of Pho in Vietnam and have been looking for something comparable here in Anchorage but had been disappointed until now. Their spring rolls are better than the ones that I had in Vietnam. The sake recommendation was also perfect. My friend and I stayed a very long time and the staff was attentive for the entire time and never forgot us. I was there on Saturday, it is now Monday and I am going back tonight! Thank you!
The place for Pho. Their pho is delicious, and they have a great service staff. it’s fast and for the most part flavorful. I say for the most part because they cook their pho a bit different then I’ve had it before so you pretty much get a build a bowl kind of setup versus most pho places at least put somethings in the broth before you get it. however it is still a great broth and soup as a whole.
Worst pho in Alaska. I went there for the first time with my husband and a couple of friends expecting decent pho. What I got was terrible. It was not authentic, tasty, or satisfying. My noodles were undercooked, they did not have the seasonings on the table so I had to ask for each thing one at a time. My friend’s noodles did not come out correctly either, hers were missing the vegetables she had asked for. Pho does not seem to be their specialty so I do not know why they call themselves phonatik.
This place is excellent
