I am kicking myself for not trying this place sooner!!! This is hands down the best pizza in Anchorage. Fresh ingredients, traditional Mediterranean style crust – not that doughy trash that so many places have – flavorful sauce, and house made sausage that is fantastic. I heartily recommend this place.
Great place to eat.. We went to your restaurant for our daughters Birthday. With 5 of us, we couldn’t have better service. Our waitress, was also the cook. She did a fantastic job, the owner kept coming by to make sure we were happy! We couldn’t think of a better place to eat, and enjoy our time there. Made me feel like I was back in Athens.
Best in Anchorage. Pizza Olympia is the place for you if you want really good authentic Greek/Italian food. The owner, Athena is very charming and personable, and when you’re there she makes you feel like family…really! All of their dishes are to die for! I love their spaghetti, fetticini, gyros and their bak’lava is wonderful. My wife and I often share a gyro greek salad, a greek salad with lamb on it. It’s hearty enough for a meal, and it comes with the best garlic bread in Anchorage. Bon appetit!
Very very good! Even the s…. Very very good! Even the salad and garlic bread was tasty! She ordered a steak medium rare and it arrived medium rare! What a concept. I ordered leg of lamb with spaghetti. Everything was excellent!
Very mediocre. 10 minutes shy of a 2 hour wait for delivery. Will not order, or recommend to anyone.
Best Gyro in the City!. This one is all in the bread… handmade crispy pita full of homemade tzatziki sauce and layered with lamb, sliced onions and tomatoes creates a satisfying crunch alongside an intoxicating mesh of flavors – occasionally we even add mushrooms to the mix and it’s divine!A local Greek family-owned and operated business, their dishes are meticulously prepared, each with the love of imparting their culture upon your palate – a feat at which they manage spectacularly.
Ms. Amber. I had a gyro and a house salad for dinner last night for the first time from here and it was the most tasteful, perfected gyro on homemade bread…It was enough for two people.. I can’t wait to order again and again! We were even given a complimentary piece of christmas bread.
