Slowest food turnout I’ve ever experienced at a fast food joint. I waited about 20 minutes just for 3 chicken strips. There were about 8 people standing around me waiting for food and during that time there was a period of about 10 minutes where not one single order came out. Everyone waiting for food was noticeably agitated. Most of them were already waiting when I walked in the door. When my food finally did come up it was really good, but not worth the wait. Also the girl that rang me up was a bit snotty. She didn’t say a word to me. She didn’t even tell me my total, she just stuck her hand out for my payment.

The food is tasty. Unfortunately everything else about this place is terrible. It has the slowest service ever. I spent 22 min in the drive thru one time when there was one only person ahead of me in line. I was stuck as there were people behind me. When I got to the window my order still wasn’t ready. I avoided it for months after that but decided to give it another try. Went in during lunch and waited 15 min for my order even though there was no line at the counter. The place is also not very clean. Needs serious management help!
The Service Blows Hard! Waited 30 min for my order. My friends and I watched the lady put our order aside and screw around for about another 10 min. She then gives us our food and tells us 3 times that our food is fresh. The food was tasteless.
Some of the people are trying hard and some just don’t give a crap. Walked in around 8pm and probably waited a good 25 min for a simple 3 piece with Cajun fries. It’s a total disarray. They need training or a better manager.
Very slow. Smaller cuts of chicken. Very little meat even on breast. Won’t be back. Horrible service.
