I’ll start off by saying Ray’s combo fried rice is the best fried rice I’ve ever had, anywhere!! The ingredients are fresh but the bestpart is they let the rice sit in the wok for a bit so you get a nice, crunchy layer of rice. It’s even better when you ask for brown rice. Without exception, we order two orders every time. One to eat right away and one to nibble on and save for lunch the next day. We also love their shrimp rolls which are always crunchy and fresh. Everything else on the menu has been just as tasty with one of our favorites being their ben bo hue soup. Rich and spicy, but don’t forget to tell them you do not want the pig foot. It takes up a lot of room and you’ll get more yummy soup without it. On top of the fantastic food the place is run by the same family and everyone chips in to help. So you’ll usually find 3 generations working at any given time, and everyone goes out of their way to provide exceptional, friendly service. The only knock on Rays is they’re not open on weekends, but givenhow family oriented it is we’re ok with that.

Yummy, yummy, yummy! Took my locals recommendation and ordered the combination fried rice (extra crispy, extra sausage) and was not disappointed!! The fresh spring rolls looked delicious, the shrimp rolls were light and crispy, and the summer rolls were perfectly crisp and flavorful! The portions are generous, as was the friendliness of staff! The restaurant was clean, spacious and had plenty of its own parking around to the side of the building. With so many places to choose from, I would definitely return here!

Do yourself a favor and order the ginger chicken extra spicy! This place is always busy so don’t be alarmed if you are seated and served quickly! They don’t waste time. Great spot for a quick lunch. Their fresh rolls are also fabulous!
