As a long-time customer of Chilkoot Charlie’s, I have seen the in-house kitchen go through multiple changes of management. Sancho’s is by far the best iteration of this I have experienced to this point. While not up to the standards of Moose’s Tooth, the pizza is of good quality and reliably so. Barbecue dishes are well executed, and the barbecue meats can often be found on the pizza. For the first time, Koots actually has food that you don’t have to be drunk to appreciate.
