1st time. This was my groups first time ordering from this place. I was disappointed in the food and service. I hear great reviews about this place, but not sure what they are talking about. It took about two hours for our food to get here and the guy on the phone got an attitude about it and told me i had to order before 10 to get my food there by noon, so you should have told us that when we order the food. And when you talk to your employee who messed up, put the phone somewhere so we can’t hear you.Second, we order two buffalo wraps and we got what looks like Turkey with no buffalo at all. We will not be ordering from here again. Too bad.
Only on southside. I g oto the Arctic location, great service, good subs…I would not suggest the Boniface location however, rude service, slow service, and the sandwich was all iceberg lettuce…the southside location couldnt be more different, good protions, friendly staff and quick service. I like the Turkey Avocado
Been going to Sara’s for years, hands down the best sandwich shop under $10 in town, the chains can’t even come close. They get busy at noon, call or fax in your order to save time.
Yummy Soups.. Every time I have gone to Sara’s I have not been dissapointed! Love the soups, chili, and the option to create your own sandwhich. Yes, they can be slow at times but I think it’s worth the wait.

Poor Customer Service. Everytime I call, the people are so unprofessional when they answer the phone, they dont ask you if they can put you on hold, they just put you on hold. End up waiting 10 minutes on the phone while you hear all the other phone conversations. Orders take 2 hours to deliver. You have to order your lunch by 10:00 just so you can get your lunch by 12:30 if your lucky. Thats hoping that your bread isnt soggy or something was forgotten.
Okay, so on a whim and with fingers crossed, my husband and I hit up Sara’s sandwiches recently. I was very disappointed. I was desperately hoping for a good sandwich place with decent prices. One of my fav. Sandwich stops is the House of Bread, but they are crazy expensive. So back to Sara’s…. I ordered the turkey cranberry sandwich. The meat was of poor quality, they put canned cranberry sauce, cream cheese and lettuce on stale bread. Not good. My kid had the chicken salad sandwich. I ordered it for her because of the positive reviews. Seriously, it tasted like something you would buy in the prepared deli section of the supermarket. And it was soooo salty. Not good. When I think chicken salad, I envision it with grapes, nuts, etc. And then finally my husband had the French dip, the French roll that it was on was decent, but the sauce was again, crazy salty. This was probably the best of all the sandwiches, but still not good. The one upside is that the people who wok there are friendly. The ambiance is pretty much what you expect in that area of town. Sara’s sandwiches is situated in the middle of an industrial part of town. I think that they cater to the people who work in that area. Their prices are good, but the food isn’t. I’d much rathe spend a few more bucks and go elsewhere.
