2 hours and 10 minutes to get a delivery. Lied to when I called to check on the order. The food was disgusting. The lettuce was warm and brown, the tomato was mushy. Meat was hard and cold. Tortillas were so dry, they were inedible. Even the refried beans were starting to dry out. Will NEVER order from them again, and am spreading the word to all my friends to avoid this place like the plague.
No. Chips tasted like they came from a bag – same with guacamole. Enchiladas were greasy and lacked flavor. Below average overall. It’s counter service, in case you were wondering.
Delivery review. The delivery; HamBurger was good, almost great, Restaurant quality even, Quite tasty. However. I asked for well done. They didn’t listen, I still ended up getting medium rare pink. The Fries where average Restaurant quality. Which is to say a big step up from Fast Food. But for a Restaurant nothing special.Tacos were ok. Taco bell still has tastier options for the price. So a little disappointing.Taco Salad was a bit disappointing. The shell was decent. But the meat was stringy & tough. Which meant you had to eat one or the other. And eating both wasn’t a pleasant experience. Maybe I’m more a Nachos person. Didn’t like the Taco Salad.I’d order a Burger from them again, if I can get them to listen and cook the pink out of it for me.The Online website is outdated. The Menu is old. And the prices do not currently match. So if you order from Serrano’s website expect to pay more. I got an updated menu with the order though. Little disappointed they don’t updated their website.Don’t get me wrong. This isn’t a bad review. I’m Nitpicking. The burger showed promise. A kind of taste you only get from a chef that knows what they are doing. I just wasn’t blown away though, & the service could have been a little more attentive.

Me & my friend came here. Thought it was clean & smelled good walking in. It wasn’t like a true authentic Mexican restaurant. Selections were limited & didn’t come with expected condiments. Even the guacamole lacked a lot. Beans & rice were good & meat was tender, BUT would’ve been nice to have more condiments (I.e tomatoes, lettuce, etc.). Flan was ok, but wasn’t a fan of the chocolate & whipped cream topping provided. Most likely WONT return, 1 time shot.
