Decent pizza. First time we had eaten here and got a large pizza with hamburger, onions and tomatoes. We are both from the east coast, so we have had the very best of pizzas as far as I am concerned, but I’m in Alaska and I don’t think it is fair to compare foods not native to the area. That being said, the pizza was hot, the crust was good, the toppings were fresh and tasty …it was a decent pizza and I would order another one again, altho I did feel it was in the pricy side. Plus, the manager tossed in free egg custard from the food bar when my husband mentioned how much I love homemade egg custard! I thought that was pretty nice of him! He gave us an entire white take out box full and it was delicious.
Horrible customer service. When they mess up your order they straight up refuse to make it right. The pizza doesn’t taste much better than the frozen kind from the grocery store.
They will charge you more at the door than the price you are given online.. Be careful of what they charge you if you order online. They charged me a dollar more from what it said and I still had it on the computer screen. Also their large pizza is only the size of a medium and the medium was the size of a small.Will never order from them again.
Once again very disappointed by Sicilys customer service. Ordered pizza at 7:00, called at 8:20 questioning lack of arrival. Told on the way. Called again at 9:00, still no pizza! I asked if they were still going to charge me. I was told yes, but they could add a second pizza free??? if I had wanted two, I would have ordered two! This was Sicilys mistake, the least they could have done was take responsibility!

Cool Buffet. My Family Always Has Parties Here. We Come Here Every Sunday After Church. I Like Sicilys Alot. The Pizza And Fried Chicken Is Delicious.
I love it. I dont know what everyone is talking about with all these bad comments, ive never had a bad experience with sicilys. I personally love them.
