WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I am always pleased with their service until today. I have been waiting for 2 1/2 hours! The first time they brought me two mediums, when I ordered larges. Then the old oriental lady answers and asks me the same question five times. Then she decides to lie to me and tell me they are coming. An hour later I call back and she hung up on. Not once but twice!!! Then won’t answer my calls when I simply asked if I can just come get my money back! I think it’s safe to say they don’t have great service!!
MMM. When I am not making my own pizza, I’ll order from these guys cause it’s the best non greasy, good tasting pizza. I love it.
Good Food, Bad Service. Ski & Benny has pretty good toasted sandwiches, there the best place open late night, they’re open till 5am and the minimum delivery order is $10. I havent had there pizza yet though. There is an older Asian lady there that answers the phone most of the time at night and u can tell that she doesnt care or give a $h!7 about her job, I hope that the day doesnt come when the cook is out and she has to make the food. I have heard the horror stories about them taking forever but they have been here within 45 minutes the last 5 times I ordered and thats from Government Hill to Diamond. All and all I’d say don’t expect great service or any miracles but its pretty damn good for the late night. Way better then Sicily’s Pizza. I just ordered from them right now lets see how it turns out.

Fr8dog. I ordered a pizza and was told it would take 45 minutes, over on hour and 30 minutes later…….still no pizza. I called twice and was lied to both times when they said it had just left. Never again.
HORRIBLE. Me and My husband ordered it for dinner, they came 1 hour and 45 minutes later with a disgusting pizza and a calzone that was soggy!! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!! You want good pizza go to Uncle Joes Pizzeria!!!!
Ski’s is off the heezy! A family owned pizza place with the best pizza by the slice in anchorage. Sandwiches are great too. Best prices in A-town!!!
