Great place!. Excellent food, prompt and accurate take out orders every time. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. We have never had a bad experience.
Does not live up to the hype. I went here with my dad after hearing rave reviews from people in Anchorage and really was unimpressed. The staff were nice, but the food was really just average. Maybe I am picky, but my pasta sauce was completely bland. Not something worth paying extra for on an evening out.
Depends on what you order. This place has great service and they are always really nice to my two year old. Some of the items on the menu are really not that great like the meatballs or anything with chicken. The pizza crust is magnificent and the puttanesca is some of the best I have ever had but is better when you order it with meat sauce rather than what they usually put on it. I would say that 9/10 times i have been there it has been great with only a few times being less than wonderful. The prices are insane though…
I haven’t been to Sorrentis in years. I don’t know why, I remember liking it well enough but somehow it just fell off my radar. Ate there tonight and was thoroughly impressed. The service was excellent and every dish from appetizers, Salads and entrees were exceptional. My husband said it was one of the best pizzas in town. Delish. We will definitely be back, in fact I think it’s safe to say we’ve rediscovered our new Italian joint.
Horrible service. Never had drinks refilled and service was painfully slow. Steaks ordered rare were brought out charred to a crisp and dry as a bone. The actual Italian food was good, but the service (or lack thereof) and inability to properly cook a steak ruined the meal for most in our party.
