Not Good. Lukewarm service and lukewarm drinks will have me purchasing my special beverages somewhere else. Swung by today to grab a drink before hitting the road. The woman behind the counter gave off a snotty vibe, like we were wasting her time. But, as soon as someone she recognized walked through the door behind us, she perked right up. She half-ass made some drinks and let them sit on the counter for a couple of minutes. Seeing nobody else taking them, I figured they were ours and grabbed them. Don’t bother. Grab a drink from the to-go stand down the street–you’ll get much better service.
Best coffee in Anchorage I’ve found. The only downside is the tables and seating. Not enough seating and definitely not comfortable. Fix that and it this place would be perfect
Worth it!. Sweeet coffee! & Italian sodas are a fav too. Worth getting out of all the drive thrus..
Hot drinks, cold ambiance. Great coffee and friendly people. The cafe itself feels a little too industrial though. Needs some comfy chairs and warm accents to brighten the place up.

Home away from home. My fiance and I love Steamdot. The coffee is great, the service is always great and the owner is super friendly. during our hours that we’ve spent there we’ve even learned about how they make their coffee! I highly recommend this place. And they have free wi-fi.
A Must Visit!!. This is definitely my go to spot for an awesome cup of coffee, the atmosphere is welcoming and modern and the staff is friendly and attentive. I have yet to have my order be made wrong or have any problem what so ever. They have a large, soundproof,glass wall through which you can watch them actually roast the coffee that you are going to drink. Its just something you don’t get anywhere else. The coffee is wonderful and I am sold that it is due to how they roast and prepare it. Since Steamdot is located in the same building as Firetap, once you get sick of their crappy service you can walk 10 feet to get a great bowl of soup and a hot Americano. Plus,courtesy of their free WiFi I am sit and write a review about how much I love this place.
