This is one of our favorite dining spots in town. They always have amazing service, consistently good food, and they make their drinks from scratch. My husband never orders anything but the ribs and they are to die for. I love doing appetizers and their salads with prawns. Delicious!!

Mixed Review. Generally our experience has been slightly above average to excellent, it varies. The decor and atmosphere are tasteful and comfortable. In the summer with guests visiting Alaska we had a great meal, fresh salmon and crab prepared well. They also have decent pasta and salads. The service has been very good except for once, when we had an exceptionally bad experience. We had a group of about 9 and were told itd be about a 30 minute wait. No worries, about 50 minutes later we wondered how much longer and we were (rudely) told that they were waiting for another group to leave but that they couldnt rush them. They explained the group had been done eating for quite some time and were just sitting there talking. We asked if there were any other table options (pushing a few other tables together) but we were told no. What bothered us the most was that the hostess hadnt explained any of this to us earlier. They told us we could order appetizers and eat them in the front lobby (amongst all the other guests who were waiting for tables if we wanted to start our meal, no thanks). We tried to be patient and waited another 20 minutes. When we told the hostess to cross our name off the list because after nearly a 1 1/2 hour wait we were leaving suddenly the manager had another idea (pushing smaller tables together). They were able to accomplish this in just a few minutes (probably an option all along). We were so annoyed we initially declined but were convinced to stay. The poor waiter was probably told he had an unhappy group (none of this was his fault) but he was awkward and timid every time he came to the table. By the way, the other table where they had planned to seat us were STILL there when we left. They closed the restaurant down. Better training for the hostesses might be an option. I honestly think wed have been waiting all night if the manager hadnt gotten involved.
