My husband and I with our friends made reservations at 7:15, got seated and ordered about 20 min in. We did not get refills on our waters or asked if we wanted any more drinks, sat there till 8:15 for the manger to come up and tell us that our ticket was lost and the food would be out 10-15 min. And about 20 min latter she came again telling us that it still wasn’t ready. By 8:30 we finally got our meal and she was nice enough to comp all 4 of our bills, and a round of drinks on the house. Unfortunately my husband and his friends crab was still frozen and my girlfriends steak was over cooked. And they forgot my desert that came with part of my meal. This was only my second visit here, but my first for a dinner. The bar was very friendly and they have reasonable price beer. It seemed they had a rough night and maybe should get some new cooks hired. We will be back to give them another try.

Overpriced and average food. That about sums up my experience at Sullivans.It’s one of those places where your entre includes only the main ingredient. Side dishes are extra. I ordered their aged ribeye and was looking forward to a delicious steak based upon reviews. Boy oh boy was I surprised. The steak was cooked perfectly but it was flavorless. It was definitely not a prime cut of beef and I’d be pressed to stay it was choice. It was that bland. The asparagus on the side was burnet and mushy. The baked potato was so overdone the outer 1/4 inch of the potato was cooked to a hard rind. Not even the atmosphere made up for it as you’re in a very loud cafeteria seating arrangement.I can think of a lot better places to geta steak in town (Club Paris, Paris Caf, Haute Quarter, etc.).
