Authentic Mexican. I’ve spent a lot of time both in Mexico and on the border and I know good Mexican. Great food. My personal favorite is the Tacos Especial Carne Asada. Hands down, best tacos in town. This is Mexican fast food. I’ve eaten at several of the locations, they’ve all been good. Great little salsa bar.
The first time we ordered delivery it was awesome! I posted photos of our food. Second time however. It took a really long time to get. It was all ice cold. And lacked flavor. It didn’t taste like the same place the second time. Maybe they were having a bad day. I don’t know. But it will be a long time before I give them a third try. Sorry
Taco King Spenard. Fast food ordering – I like when you can see how they are making your food. Good relaxed atmosphere I the dining room – bright an cheerful surroundings. Something about able to get yourself unlimited condiments like sour cream and their awesome pico de gallo sauce – makes me smile. I always ordered their special tacos carne asada ~ never been disappointed!
Food is good. However delivery time is horrible. Called in my order at 11am and was quoted 30-45 minutes. Showed up 1 hour and 30 minutes later. Also forgot one of my items.
Great Mexican Food. I went here the other day, and what can I say, it was excellent. The restaurant is brand new and is very nice and clean inside. The food was awesome and the people were friendly and seemed to care what they were doing. Most things on the menu are under $10. Taco king is still the best mexican chain of restaurants in Anchorage and I will definitely be going back.
Ordered for delivery. The deluxe burrito was very good. I think Pedro from the commercials even delivered our lunch!
