  This place is a great place to unwind after a busy day at the office. Their Caesar Salad is a must try with the homemade crouton on top. The calamari is unique with a blue corn breading. The Scotch Egg is always perfect. The Rabbit Ravioli, (when it’s available) is the best rabbit I’ve had. Give this place a try and you’ll taste why is this my new favorite place to unwind. (Ask the bartender for a Moscow Mule, you won’t be disappointed!)

  Steak Frittes..OMG. Stopped by last night for a new menu launch party. They have a new Chef, new menu, and new feel. It reminded me of the mid 90’s when it was Micks at the Inlet and was always a bustling little bistro. I had the Steak Frittes and they were cooked perfectly, amazing flavor, and even the presentation is impressive. My wife had the meatloaf and was also very impressed with her meal. For the first time in probably 7 years we are looking forward to going back to PubHouse/Micks/MIXX.

  Surprisingly good. This place wasn’t doing too well early in the year but they’ve undergone some changes and I’m pleasantly surprised. The food is good, much better than I would’ve expected, and the service is friendly and cheerful. Good scotch selection, too! More locals need to check this place out and give it a chance. Great place to go when the rest of downtown is busy.

  Unique menu items, fantastic service and tasty cocktails. I’m reviewing after my third visit to THe Pubhouse in as many months. I’ve tried a good portion of the appetizer menu and several of the main courses as well. The Tuna katsu is a favorite, and always comes seared to perfection – crispy on the outside and rare on the inside. It is complimented with a savory sauce and garnished with fresh ginger and wasabi paste. The pulled pork sliders are also fantastic, they’ve added a wonderful combination of unique flavors to this dish. I also tried a peppered New York steak. This was served with sauteed mushrooms and a tasty, yet not overpowering sauce that allowed the flavor of the meat to stand out. The cut was generous and came cooked to order, a perfect mid-rare. Bread pudding was to die for. Presentation on all dishes is top notch. We tried several cocktails and were very pleased with each drink. A word on the service, it was fantastic. We were waited on by no less than four staff members during our last visit. Each of them went out of their way to make sure the experience was top notch. I’ll be back, soon!

  Way Downhill. I used to love going to this place.Now — staff indifferent — food marginal.Last evening someone was operating a vacuum cleaner close by while we were trying hard to ignore it and have dinner. What kind of of place would have a worker vacuum close to the restaurant at dinner hours!?? Brought it to the attention of 2 separate servers who basically didn’t care. I could go on and on — it just reeks of non existent management.

  Yum!. We had the pleasure of dining at the Pubhouse tonight. We hit the happy hour and chose three appetizers (seared tuna, halibut nuggets and steamer clams) and a bowl of shrimp bacon corn chowder. May I say the food was phenomenal, done to perfection. Our waiter was right on the mark with suggestions and explanations. Wished we could have kept eating but the food was so fresh and wonderfully prepared, we had to stop. Rating 10 of 10.. Thanks…
