This place is terrible. Everything we ordered, including the drinks, had a bad & weird taste. Service was ok but can’t make up for the food. We will not be going back
THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! Went there with my three brothers and we all got some nasty raw burgers and when we told them about it the manager didn’t even come out we just had to pay the bill for four burgers we didn’t eat. 71.65 for some beer battered nasty fries cuz that’s all we ate. Like I said this place sucks!!
Good drinks, good atmosphere. my waitress took very good care of me. She gave my daughter play dough and here I was thinking it was actual play doh but nope it was pizza dough!! I probably played with it more than her. Love the pizza and they have a great drink selection!! Also cookie sundae is a winner if you have room and not by yourself!
Anchorage citizen. Not impressed at all. The place was filthy, even the menus had sauce and other unknown matter in between the pages. The waitress went by memory instead of writing down the order which means she couldn’t multi task different tables. Made for slow service. The food was mediocre, too high of a price for what you got. My burger was poor and came with a small amount of fries. As a first time customer, we won’t be back anytime soon.
Crapshoot at best. Have been there several times since opening and the consistency of the food has a lot to be desired . Tonight the French onion soup, which was always good , was just a slap in the face. No pride by the kitchen staff or the server. Cup was half full no liquid and the cheese all dark brown. Would have never left my kitchen and if would be the server I would never set it in front of a customer. This restaurant is on a fast downward spiral..
Mediocrity at best with bad service to boot. All I can say is don’t bother. Food was nothing to write home about, but the service allowed time to write the letter and send it. Slow. Worst service I have EVER had! It wasn’t the waitresses fault, she had far too many tables to work. Definitely a management problem.We waited a very long time before she ever returned to take a drink/appetizer order. When we did order two appetizers, only one showed up. We reminded her and the second one showed up after a very long wait for our food. Water and drink glasses sat empty forever. Pizza was really good, burger was ok, shrimp pasta tasted like a fishy TV dinner. We waited forever again for our bill and then even longer for her to return and take care of it. I will never walk into that place again. The management is without a doubt mismanaging the place, with half the staff they need to even be somewhat efficient.
