The waitress in the day time is grumpy, doesn’t seem happy at her job, and never makes my coffee right… I like it in a coffee cup and she always puts it in a to go cup, forgets to add flavoring, burns it…. I’ve tried this place five times, even brought my mom there. The owner of the shop has a crazy, loud voice and tells patrons how to order, without asking if they’ve already been there before! We just wanted some coffee, and got a whole run down on HOW to order their food. Low patience for customers, started vaccuuming while we were finishing our meal, and they will snap at you initially if you complain NICELY about your order. I’m a nice person, and I hate to write reviews like this. It’s right next door to my child’s speech therapy, so too bad I GAVE UP ON THIS PLACE TODAY.
One of the Best Ruben’s in Alaska. Great joint! A really excellent Ruben sandwich that almost makes you think you are back on the East Coasr and great service. This combined with REALLY GOOD prices makes this a must stop-in even if you are just passing through Eagle River! Yum!!!
