I will never order from here again. They have poor customer service and subpar food. You place an order and bring you an entire order of nothing you wanted. They don’t offer to fix it, but give you a discount on your next order and then refuse to honor the discount.
Lack of Delivery Service. We tried to order delivery the other night. After 1 hr and no food, I called and was told my order was on the way. After 1 hr 30 min and no food I called back to cancel my order. The man answering the phone became concerned when he realized it’d been that long with no food, he took down my number and promised to call me back once he figured out the problem. It’s been days later and I still haven’t heard a word and we never did receive our food. The best part is we live less than ten minutes away! Worst service ever!! They lost my business.
Spaghetti sub was delicious. My husband and I ordered the spaghetti sub which came with fries and an order of mozzarella sticks. The sub was HUGE! We split it in half and only ate a half between the both of us.
I ordered for delivery – it took over an hour. $45 for the Steak & Shrimp and Chicken Fettuccine. I could have gone to a NICE restaurant for that price. The steak was mostly fat, I ordered well done, and it was pink – there were 3 pieces of crunchy shrimp. The chicken Fettuccine was HORRIBLE. It was basically noodles with no taste, a bunch if mushrooms, and chopped up fried chicken strips. NO. This place had no idea how to make these dishes, they should stick to one specialty, it was very disappointing.
Thought I’d give this place a shot. I walked in, nobody in the place, ordered a simple calzone with extra sauce. It was cold and icy out so I took it to go and went back to the hotel. When I got here I found a damn Hamburger and a side of cold pizza sauce. WTF!?!Weather sucked so I are it anyway. It filled the hole. But I won’t go back or bother to recommend them.
Blahhhhh….. Not that great. Every surface was sticky and service was not great. The food wasn’t terrebile, but I’m not in a rush to go back.
Not that great. They have a ton of options on the menu and none seem to be that special. Not terrible, definitely bleh.. A little unkept and terrible service with sticky surfaces.
