Gone downhill. I used to enjoy the food here. My last 3 orders were wrong. It took over two hours for my food this last time. My wings were cold and my salad was warm. They lost a regular customer.
Terrible service and food. 12 year olds running the restaurant. Will NEVER come back.
Good pizza…bad delivery. I love uncle joes pizza and their cheese bread…but you never know what your gonna get…the first time i ordered it seriously took over 3 hours,pizzas were COLD, brought us bread sticks instead of cheese sticks!! but they ended up giving me a 75 dollar credit…they mess up a lot like giving me the exact wrong pizza than what i ordered…forgeting my marina sauce which costs 50 cents…forgetting my soda…delivery time always take more than an hour, everytime i order i have to call them and make sure they are coming…but they are always nice on the phone and they always fix the issue, by giving you credits, or bringing you a new pizza…and the pizza is sooo good that i put up with there crappy delivery service
Ordered for delivery, paid a lot for the little that I got. It wasn’t really what I was expecting when I ordered a pizza, and got an oily soup-like mush. This was a disgrace of a pizza place. I just got one word. Sad.
Gone Downhill. I used to love this place for lunch as I work right next door. Yet they have new management and cooks and I dislike the pizza here now. It pains me to go there anymore when I feel like having a quick cheap lunch, I think I’ll be finding somewhere else in the future.
Very basic, cheapest lunch anywhere downtown, quick, and easy.
Awful customer service. It’s a joke ordering a pizza to be delivered and wait over an hour and a half only to find out it had not even been cooked yet, the manager argued with us and finally canceled the order. Rude manager, poorly organized staff and bad costumer service = poor reviews and a business that won’t survive to much longer, just watch and see. it would be interesting to see how much tne owners really know what going on in this place (or places).
