Good salads and sandwiches. The vegetables are fresh and crisp when they need to be and the food is sufficient for the price. It is downtown so it may be a little more price than normal but quality has always been consistent. If you are vegan, they have an excellent sandwich. The seating area is utilitarian inasmuch as it is for the quick lunch crowd unless you are getting take out. That is quick. Should have written a review from last year as it was good and this would be the update. Still good. People are friendly and if you need something different they will try to help but try to do it when they are not in a huge rush. Which is a lot due to their good food.
