This place introduced me to the wonderful world of gyros and Mediterranean food. A must-try for anyone wanting a solid gyro. It’s a bit tucked away, so keep your eyes peeled when going there.

Gotta try it!. This place is a wonderful small Ma and Pop type of restaurant with great owners, though I’ve only met the one who delivers. But Prior to eating here, I never liked traditional gyros nor lamb until I tried one from Zorbas. Thanks to this place, I now know lamb can be absolutely amazing metal with wonderful flavor. I normally get mine delivered to work and It can take more than an hour at times, but with the food this good, and the prices as low as they are, I feel it’s worth the wait. The only negative thing I have is the lack choices of appetizers/sides. Though that is a small complaint by comparison to what you get and is easily overlooked because of the great food.

Lamb Gyro. YUM! Her special tzatziki sauce is the BEST! Love everything I’ve had at Zorba’s. Will be back again and again!

Dont let those negative people effect you going to this place…. I read that negative post right below mine and it almost made me change my mind about going here for lunch today but i went.. and i LOVED IT.. they couple that owns it were extremely nice and the food was amazing… If you are such an amazing cook and can make this yourself for cheaper then dont go out to eat… thats part of the price… your paying for the food and the work they take to make it and the service.. and they had it all going on…

I was looking for another gyro option in Anchorage and gave Zorba a shot. I won’t be back. The entire gyro – meat, sauce, pita, etc. – was out of Costco boxes. Nothing was homemade although I’ll assume they cut their own onions and tomatoes.I can make my own gyro from the exact same Costco ingredients for a fraction of the cost. I advise you do the same.

Awesome Gyros.. This family-owned food truck is so cool. With lovely homemade tzatziki sauce and more, each gyro is carefully prepared with a soft pita and perfectly cooked meat – or meatless sauted veggies! Their greek salads are perfect on the go with warm lamb strips and homemade dressing.

Made me very happy. My husband and I went there on a whim, so happy we did. The gryos were really good quality, the service was awesome, and the prices were super reasonable. I normally shy away from slighty iffy looking food buses but this one is no risk!
