A great breakfast experience. Normally, when dining at a restaurant that is located inside a hotel, I don’t expect much. I was pleasantly surprised by both the service & the food we received. Our coffee cups were consistently full and monitored by the server, as well as the hostess. I ordered the spinach mushroom scramble. It was hot and chock full of mushrooms & spinach, with just the right amount of cheese. My husband ordered the veggie omlette breakfast special , and his was just as good. Both breakfasts came with hashbrowns & toast. The bread they use for toast is incredible. You only get one piece, but it’s thick enough to be two. The choices are multi grain or raisin. We had a hard time choosing and settled on the multi grain. Our waitress noticed our difficulty in choosing and brought out a slice of the raisin toast for us to try. Delicious! There was also plenty of jam/jelly on the table to choose from. The bill came out to about $22 (before tip) and while this may seem high, its about average for Juneau. We will definitely be back here for breakfast!
