Love the burgers! I can never get enough. Same goes for their shakes!
I like this place and wish it would get better at customer service. They mix up tickets and make customers wait without offering any comfort for the customer. Bad customer service half the time. The burgers patties can be a bit dry and tough sometimes. Good shakes but– expensive. Needs an attitude adjustment or better training.
Awesome food, a bit expensive. The halibut cheek sandwich is excellent. But the food is a bit pricey. None of the burgers or sandwiches come with fries, so at $10 average for a sandwich, you’ll spend close to $20 per person if you add fries and a milkshake.
Milkshakes yes!. I heard this was the best burger in Juneau but it was not. Nothing special with the burger. Great selection of milkshakes. Next time I would just get a milkshake to hold me over until I can get to the Sandbar.
Pineapple milk shakes-Yum. All I have to say is their milkshakes are better than homemade!
Great Burgers!. Any place that gets Alton Brown’s seal of approval can’t be all that bad… and it doesn’t disappoint! I usually get either the chili burger (served open face with fries), the Reuben Burger (with some corned beef, kraut, swiss and 1000 Island on it), or the Buffalo Burger with Blue Cheese and Bacon. I’m not gonna lie, it’s expensive, but it’s SO worth it. The only con is that it isn’t open year ’round. It is one of the things I will truly miss about Juneau when I leave here in a couple of months!
