Staff is friendly just extremely slow for not being a very busy place. Food is good not very filling however. It’s a good place for a cup of coffee and nummy desert.
Service is slow but my son loved it his first crepe… at 14 years old, not always sure what to expect from him. Said he would come back.
This place is just perfect. Never had any issues with staff, food or coffee. They say good morning as i walk in. The two waitress are always really nice to me, ive also talked with the cook and sure enough very nice and it crazy that just one cook with 4 crepe burners can put out that many crepes in such a little time. Ive also noticed a young man that works there not a big talker but he clears tables pretty quick and is always running back and fourth from the front to the back doing dishes. All in all fantastic place to go and enjoy a great cup of coffee, have a crepe, use the wifi and just hang out. I keep reading that the staff is slow and unfriendly just remeber there is only 4 of them so just cut them a little slack. I love this place!!
Don’t be fooled by the other reviews!. This place is great. I’ve been coming for years, and the food is always fantastic. Yeah, it may not be the best customer service I’ve ever had, but the staff has always been friendly and they bring me my food in a timely manner. Out of all the times I have been, there was only one time when I had a bit of a wait and they got my order a little wrong. They were also super busy and had some new staff since the previous visit. I still highly recommend them. I always get the Strawberry w/Nutella & Bananas crepe. It’s amazing! Their italian sodas are really good as well. Anyone I’ve ever brought with me has fallen in love with this place and loved the food.
Did not eat there, due to a lack of customer service. Granted there is a sign that says seat yourself, however the only available seat for the four of us was taken up by an employee on her laptop. 10 minutes went by a customer asked if we’ve been helped. Nope! 5 minutes more the pissed at life employee asked if we were staying….. Not now
I love this place. Great food, great service, and a laid back atmosphere. It’s my favorite coffee hang out in town!
