Every Friday outside of the central market food trucks line up in the back parking lot. Usually 6 to 8 trucks of arious cuisine. There's covered seating, lots of free parking, and a musical group plays. Lots of variety, excellent food of various cuisine. This is not your dad's "Roach Coach". It's gourmet food in a fun setting for lunch. Hours seem to be ~ 11am to 2pm, though the trucks hang around longer if they don't run out of food. Check it out
