BAD customer service, bland food. Counter/wait staff woman a liar today. Mixed up my order and when i got home and found out she had nerve to argue on the phone repeatedly that I was wrong and she was right. She agreed on the phone to reimburse me cost of meal AND make me proper meal I ordered. I confirmed it with her a total of 3 times on the phone and she assured me I would get both reimbursement for her mix up AND meal I wanted for the inconvenience of having to come back. When I got there I returned the wrong meal, I waited for new meal then she would not reimburse me. She argued with me more that I could only have one or other. I could not believe she could be such a liar and have such poor training as to tell me she didn’t care if I posted negative reviews on line or didn’t return as a customer. The chinese food in Ahwatukee is all bland and worthless and I regret I decided to give Great Wok one more try today.
Delish!. Excellent food and very prompt delivery. Crab puffs were delish and the shrimp, scallops and sweet&sour chicken were amazing. We ate it too fast to take a photo of the food!!!
The best!. Love it….all good. Happy family has HUGE scallops and shrimp. Everything we have had is great. Just wish it was a little closer but so worth the drive!
Excellent…. This place just continues to amaze me…. after 1 year of being a customer, have never been disappointed…. only wish I had found this place sooner.
Overall good food! The crab puffs are excellent and they actually put meat in the fried wontons, but the egg drop soup is very bland and runny.
I have been ordering for over a year from Great Wok. Delivery is fast and food always arrives hot and exactly as I ordered. The food is very good, wonton soup is excellent and the honey chicken and shrimp is great! I don’t know why anyone would stand in line for Panda Express when you can have great tasting real Chinese food!
Disappointed.. So I’ve ordered from this restaurant a few times before. Food was great and delivery was fast. Except for tonight. Although their website says $15.00 minimum for delivery, I was told that (all of a sudden) I’m now too far away from them and that means my minimum order has to be $20.00. I’m 3 miles away due north. Not sure what changed; certainly it wasn’t my address. Probably won’t be ordering from these folks again.
