I’m from Memphis, home to some excellent hot wings. When I came through Phoenix, I Googled for the best hot wings in the city and this place popped up.It’s small, cool atmosphere, and the service we got was pretty friendly.We ordered the hot and the medium wings. Another patron recommended the Works and warned us that the hot might be too hot.I found the hot to be just the right heat, leaving a good burning feeling around my mouth. The medium were also fairly hot plus had a good flavor. We put in a second order of the medium. I wish we’d tried the Works.If I had to nitpick, it was that the meat was a little chewy and didn’t have the firm texture that I like.I haven’t tried any other wings in Phoenix, but these must be among the best. I was impressed.
